When a big backstage brawl breaks out between artists and their entourages during a benefit concert promoting “Non-Violence” it may be time to rethink the messengers chosen to deliver the message.
That’s exactly what happened this past Saturday in St. Louis during the “State Of Emergency 2” concert at Chaifetz Arena. Proceeds from the show went to the “Put Down the Pistol” program which is supposed to encourage non-violence in inner-city communities.
TMZ has the exclusive video of August Alsina and his “crew” brawling with the show’s promoter, Loose Cannon Slim.
Be warned, as TMZ says, the language used in the video is not in keeping with Dr. King’s dream.
