A 12-year-old girl filed a lawsuit against her Minnesota school claiming they violated her First and Fourth Amendment rights when they forced her to give up her Facebook and email passwords. This apparently happened after she allegedly engaged in sexual conversations with another boy in the class and said that she hated a school monitor. The school says those messages disrupted the learning environment.
