Five Minutes Of Fun: World’s Longest Continuous Zipline

Five Minutes Of Fun: World’s Longest Continuous Zipline

This is a video of the TreeTop Crazy Rider, a 1.0-kilometer (0.62-mile) zipline (technically a zip-pipe) through the Ourimbah State Forest near Sydney, Australia. A ride takes almost five-minutes from start to finish, includes 5 full horizontal loops and 40-zig zags and slaloms some 60-feet above the forest floor. Unfortunately, a single ride costs $85 for an adult, which is a little out of my zipline adventure budget at the moment. If I had that kind of money to throw around I’d go to an actual amusement park and puke on rollercoasters all day.

Hit the jump for a video, some of which is first-person so really you don’t even need to go ride it to know what it’s like.

Thanks to Austin, who, wait — the one that Blake Shelton song is about?!
